Returns
We are pleased to extend our exchanges and returns policy over the Christmas period. Orders placed between 1st November and 24th December can be returned until Friday 31st January 2025.
We hope that you are happy with your recent order but if your purchase isn’t suitable, you have 30 days to return your order from the day it’s shipped.
Our free return service covers on most of the destinations, however in some countries we only offer self-post returns service - Postage and relevant tax and duty charges will be applied.
Please note, some of our destinations may incur a self-post returns service in which additional charges and tax duty fees may apply.
Items must be returned with tags intact and in the original packaging. Products that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted. If your item arrived faulty, please contact us before proceeding with your return.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any customised or made-to-order products.
Whether you print your own shipping label or have it printed at your drop off point, be sure to attach it securely. Every parcel must have its own shipping label that matches the items inside, so please create separate labels for separate parcels.
Please note that orders placed online are not eligible for return in store, and items purchased in store are not eligible for return online.

Please note that all items returned must be registered with our returns portal. Any items sent without a returns label or QR code are sent at the sender’s own risk.
How to Return
Our returns process is quick and easy, powered by our returns partner ReBOUND. To process your return please scan the QR code on the order confirmation included with your order or follow the instructions below:
Step 01 - Visit our returns portal here or click on ‘START YOUR RETURN’ below.
Step 02 - Enter your order number and email address.
Step 03 - Select the item(s) you wish to return to us.
Step 04 - Select your returns method (your nearest drop-off locations will also be shown).
Step 05 - Take your return to your nearest drop off point.
Once we’ve received your items, please allow our fulfilment centre 20 working days to process your return and issue a refund. Please note that after processing at our warehouse, refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.
he duration between when an order is collected and when it is received in our warehouse can vary significantly, depending on your location. For this reason, we ask that you contact us only if the tracking status of our return does not show as delivered after 20 working days.
During busy times returns may take longer than stated, we apologize for this and will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
