These new wax styles take cues from archival Belstaff shooting and fishing jackets from the 1970s and 80s – a time when sporting and leisure pursuits were becoming more popular. The Britton gamekeeping jacket, the Super Sportsman sporting jacket and a ‘Sporting Confidence’ Belstaff catalogue from this era became key references in the design process.
