Please kindly note that your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers for each parcel.
We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times above. Estimated delivery times are also dependant on the acceptance of your order. For any additional information on the status of your order please contact us.
*Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse based in New Jersey, all last order time and dates are New York time.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the address of an order already placed. However if your order has been placed within 24 hours it may be possible to cancel and replace it using another address. Please contact us for assistance. You can check the status of your order online at any time at My Account.
We deliver to all of our international destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included in your final checkout payment. Applicable duty will be displayed once all the shipping information has been entered.
Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre you will be sent a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site.You can check the progress of your delivery at anytime through My Account. Sign in to your account and click the order tab. Your order will be updated with the courier tracking link which, once clicked, will show you the status of your delivery.
Any items placed on pre-order will be clearly marked at checkout, with an estimated despatch date from our distribution centre. Please note, this is an estimated despatch note and your actual delivery may be earlier or later than initially advised. If you are purchasing more than one item, your order will be despatched only once all items are in stock.
You can cancel a pre-order up to the point at which your order is despatched from our distribution centre by contacting our customer care team. When your pre-ordered items have been despatched from our distribution centre we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site. You can check the status of your order online at any time at My Account.
