When the world’s leaders gather for the 2009 G8 Summit in L’Aquila in July, they will be hoping to generate innovative ideas relating to the international economic crisis, food safety and security, climate change and world trade.

To celebrate the event, a unique and contemporary limited edition parka, the PRESIDENT PARKA, has been created to be worn by the world Heads of State and Government attending the G8 Summit. The jacket is made in collaboration with the Prime Minister.A percentage of sales of the jacket, which is 100% made in Italy, will go towards the Earthquake Foundation - to support the population affected by the earthquake in L'Aquila in April this year.

A simple cut lends the jacket an easy, classic look, in a limited edition design and style by Michele Malenotti.
