+Taxes and Duties

We deliver to Argentina, Chile & Canada on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included in your final checkout payment. Applicable duty will be displayed once all the shipping information has been entered.

+Track my Order

Once your order has been despatched from our US Distribution centre you will be sent a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site.You can check the progress of your delivery at anytime through My Account. Sign in to your account and click the order tab. Your order will be updated with the courier tracking link which, once clicked, will show you the status of your delivery.

+Deliver To Store

To use the deliver to store service, please place your order online in the usual way, selecting the Madison Avenue store at the checkout.

Your item(s) will be available at the Madison Avenue store within 2-5 working days - you will receive an email when your parcel has arrived in the store and is ready for collection.

Orders with multiple items may be dispatched from our distribution centre and/or the Belstaff store. You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.

Upon collecting your order you will need to present your confirmation email, along with the card used to make the purchase and one form of ID (driving license or passport). We currently do not allow for a 3rd party collection; the cardholder will need to collect the order in person.

PLEASE NOTE: Please wait to receive your confirmation email before you visit the store to collect your order. If you do not collect your order within 14 days of it being delivered to the store, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed via the original payment method. +Pre-Orders

Any items placed on pre-order will be clearly marked at checkout, with an estimated despatch date from our US Distribution Centre. Please note, this is an estimated despatch note and your actual delivery may be earlier or later than initially advised. If you are purchasing more than one item, your order will be despatched only once all items are in stock.

You can cancel a pre-order up to the point at which your order is despatched from our US Distribution centre by contacting our customer care team. When your pre-ordered items have been despatched from our US Distribution centre we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site. You can check the status of your order online at any time at My Account.

+Store Exclusives

Selected products are only available to purchase through Belstaff stores. These products are clearly marked within the product details page of an item. Our customer care team will assist you in completing your purchase. For all exclusive products the estimated delivery date will be provided by our customer care team. On despatch of your order we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site. Exclusive orders will not show in My Account.

+Change of Address

Unfortunately we are unable to change the address of an order already placed. However if your order has been placed within 24 hours it may be possible to cancel and replace it using another address. Please contact our customer care team on (001) 844-440-0843 for assistance.
