All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. We aim to deliver all orders in line with the delivery times indicated in the shipping table. Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched from our UK Distribution centre you will be sent a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the courier’s web site.
You can check the progress of your delivery at anytime through My Account. Sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab. Your order will be updated with the courier tracking link which, once clicked, will show you the status of your delivery.
PRE-ORDERS AND BACK-ORDERS
Any items placed on pre-order or back-order will be clearly marked at checkout, with an estimated dispatch date from our UK Distribution Centre. Please note, this is an estimated despatch note and your actual delivery may be earlier or later than initially advised.
You can cancel a pre-order or back-order up to the point at which your order is dispatched from our UK Distribution centre, by contacting our customer service team. You can check the status of your order online at any time using My Account. Sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab.
When your pre-ordered and back-ordered items have been dispatched from our UK Distribution centre we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the courier’s web site.

Selected products are only available through placing an special order. These products are clearly marked within the product details page of an item. Click here if you would like find out more information on these contact to order products.
For all special products the estimated delivery date will be provided by the customer service team upon confirmation that you would like to place an order. On dispatch of your order we will send you a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the courier’s web site. Special orders will not show within My Account.

CHANGE OF ADDRESSIf your order has not been dispatched from our UK Distribution Centre please contact our customer service team on (001) 1-866-925-3563 to amend your delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched from our UK Distribution Centre it is not possible to change the delivery address.
